Your cemetery or funeral home may already have digital records in some form. Perhaps you are using software from a different vendor, or you have built your own database or spreadsheet to supplement your paper records.

In many cases we can export or convert your data to a format that can be read back into Repose Cemetery Solutions.

For data that cannot be converted, or which exists only on paper, manual entry is required.

Many cemeteries have undertaken to digitize burial records, deeds and other paper documents — some states have begun to require it!

Despite their best intentions, often cemeteries lack the time or personnel to enter this data.

Our team of data entry personnel are proficient with our software and understand the flow of cemetery business.

This experience results in quicker and more accurate data entry results.

Repose Cemetery Solutions can complete data entry services on a budgeted basis if needed.

Sometimes, converting your digital records and capturing the information on your paper records still leaves you with an incomplete view of your cemetery.

Records for older graves may have been lost or destroyed. Previous caretakers may have been less than accurate.

Additionally, the records may not be sufficient to identify which graves are empty and available for sale.

As a full-service provider, we provide field survey and mapping services.

These services include discovery of cornerstones and pegs denoting lot owners and unmarked burials, measurement of spaces for future burial, and locating potential spaces for sale.

Probing for vaults is completed when spacing is in question. All potential problems are documented in Repose Cemetery Solutions and displayed using our Lot Mapping software module.

Where ground penetrating radar may be of use we can coordinate with a third party.

These services provide great benefits to any cemetery because potential problems are discovered and handled properly with family members before a loved one has passed.

In areas where existing maps are no longer accurate, we can remap each section making it easier for visitors and caretakers to find burials whether marked or unmarked.

Existing Markers can be cleaned and photographed, adding additional value to the cemetery database.
